The Clements Professor of Democracy and Co-Founder of the Political Economy Project discusses his book Ungoverning: The Attack on the Administrative State and the Politics of Chaos
Published with co-author Nancy Rosenblum on Oct. 1, the book highlights a reactionary movement in recent years that embodies a "politics of destruction," which demands not the reform but the dismantling of an administrative state whose capacities and expertise have in many cases taken generations to build.
The election of Donald Trump last Tuesday makes this an unusually timely event.
Monday, Nov 11 in Rocky 1 at 4 pm.
Free and open to the public, the event is sponsored by the Political Economy Project.
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
