Jennifer Davidson graduated from Dartmouth in 2015 with a double major in Government and Women's & Gender Studies. The analytic skills she developed as a Government major helped prepare her for her next step, which was attending law school at the University of Virginia. At UVA, Jennifer was an Articles Development Editor for the Virginia Law Review, participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, and won the school's intramural moot court competition. Following law school, she clerked for two federal judges, Judge Gregg Costa on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals (a fellow Dartmouth alum!) and Judge Wendy Beetlestone on the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She now works in private practice as a plaintiff-side attorney. Jennifer is presently an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, where she is proud to represent employees to help them protect their rights against injustices in the workplace and be an advocate for workplace fairness. Jennifer works with both individual clients who have an employment-related dispute and with collective groups of employees seeking to address more widespread issues.
