The Hopkins Center for the Arts Summer Films Series presents The White House Effect, an award-winning documentary that reveals how a pivotal moment in George H.W. Bush's presidency altered the course of U.S. climate change policy.

Join us for a reception at 6 p.m., and film at 7 p.m., followed by a panel discussion featuring:
