Rachel Ofori (D'14) is currently a litigation associate in the New York City office of Paul Hastings LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation and white collar investigations, including under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") and other anti-bribery and anti-corruption ("ABAC") laws. Her experience includes internal and government investigations throughout the United States, Asia, and Africa. Rachel also has experience representing clients in regulatory enforcement and white collar criminal matters.
Ms. Ofori received her law degree from Duke University School of Law in 2017, where she served as a Staff Editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. She was also president of the Duke Women Law Students Association, External Vice President of the Duke Bar Association and Academic Chair for the Duke Black Law Students Association. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College in 2014. At Dartmouth, Rachel was a Government Major, president of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, a member of the Dartmouth Decibelles, and a member of Sugarplum Dance Collaborative. She credits her interest in law to the wonderful classes and supportive professors in the Government Department.
