Alumni Update: Brandon Floch '11

Brandon graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Government in 2011. While at Dartmouth, Brandon was actively involved with the College Democrats, working as a field organizer on Annie Kuster's congressional campaigns. Brandon was the recipient of the Andrew Warden Edson 1925 Memorial Prize for his work in Richard F. Winter's American Politics course. Reflecting on his experience at Dartmouth, Brandon looks back fondly on his work in Sonu Bedi's Government courses which prepared him to think on his feet and adapt to the rigors of law school and the day to day as a civil litigator.

After graduating from Dartmouth, Brandon worked as litigation paralegal at Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP in New York City where he participated in multiple trials. He attended law school at the University of Pennsylvania where he excelled in trial practice, winning awards in numerous national competitions.

After law school, Brandon clerked for federal Judge James J. Brady of the Middle District of Louisiana. Brandon is currently a litigation attorney at Marcus Neiman Rashbaum & Pineiro LLP, a litigation boutique founded in 2014 by former federal prosecutors. Brandon represents clients in a variety of commercial and criminal disputes, cutting across many different subject areas and industries.

Brandon lives in Miami, Florida with his wife Dr. Stephanie Picon (class of 2012) and his son Eli (class of 2038?). He is always happy to connect with Dartmouth students considering a career in law.
