Presenter: Dr. Melissa Caldwell
Dr. Caldwell is a Professor of Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz and is the author of several books and numerous articles on the anthropology of food and the politics of food and charity in Russia. She is a former editor of Gastronomica: The Journal of Critical Food Studies.
