MMUF provides mentoring and resources for research that prepares students to enter a doctoral program and pursue a career in college teaching. Undergraduates majoring in specific disciplines in the humanities, social sciences, and interdisciplinary studies are eligible to apply. In addition to Fellows supported by the Mellon Mays Foundation, Dartmouth provides funding for students to participate as Associate Fellows.
